Child-Safety Policy

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, and for anything that sexualises or harms children.

18 and over only

Zellany is for people 18 and older. We ask you to confirm your age when you sign up.
If we find an account of someone under 18, we close it and delete the data, unless the law says we must keep something.
If you think you are dealing with a child, stop and report it.
Parents: if your child used Zellany, write to help@zellany.com.

Child sexual abuse material: pictures, videos, text or links, anywhere on Zellany. That includes items, photos, videos, chats, profiles and ratings.
Anything that sells, offers, hires or uses a child.
Contacting a child for sex or for secret meetings.
Photos of children's faces or bodies in posts for kids' things. Show the item.

Tap Report on the item, video, profile, chat or message, and choose "Child safety".
Or write to help@zellany.com and put "Child safety" in the subject.
Do not save, copy or forward the material, even to prove it. Use the Report button.
You can also tell the police. If a child is in danger now, call your local emergency number first.

A video or a profile reported for child safety is hidden at once, and these reports go first in our queue.
Within 24 hours of a notice, we remove or block the material. We aim to be much faster.
We keep the evidence safe, as the law requires. We do not delete it.
Within 3 days, we report it to the Department of Justice.
We close the account and block the person from joining again.
We answer lawful requests from the police and courts. See the Law-Enforcement Request Process.
Only a small, trained group of staff may view such material. They never copy or share it.
A Boost, if they ever exist, is never sold for an item under a child-safety report.
