How can we help?

The quick answers are below. If yours is not there, write to us.

Is Zellany free?

Yes. Posting an item and chatting are free, and there are no fees when you pay cash at a meet-up. Anything extra that costs money always shows its price before you choose it.

How do I sell something?

Tap Sell, add a few photos, say what it is and its condition, set your price (or mark it free) and tap Post. Buyers message you in Chats. See the steps.

How do I contact a seller?

Open the item and tap Chat. Your phone number and email stay hidden unless you choose to share them.

How do we meet up?

Agree on a public place and a time in Chats: a mall, a convenience store or a barangay hall, in the daytime. Look at the item before you pay. Read the safety tips.

Does Zellany hold my money?

No. Zellany never holds anyone's money. You pay the seller yourself when you meet, after you have checked the item. Never pay a stranger first.

Something went wrong with a buyer or a seller.

Use Report on the item, the chat or the person's profile. Our team looks at reports and removes what breaks the community rules. If you think someone took your money, also go to the nearest police station.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password? and follow the steps.

How do I delete my account?

Open Me, then Your data, or read deleting your account for every way to do it.
