Safety and trust
Meet up well, spot warning signs, and know what Zellany does and does not do.
Meet-up habits: a public place, daytime, a friend
Meet in a busy public place in the daytime, bring a friend, look before you pay, and never pay a stranger first.
How to spot a scam
Scams share warning signs: paying first, rushing you, odd links and prices that are too good. Warnings help, but they prove nothing.
What Zellany does and does not do
We look at reports, remove what breaks the rules and keep your details private. We do not hold money or inspect items.
Trust steps: email, phone, ID and live photo
Checks show which steps a person has done, like their email. They are free, never for sale, and do not prove that someone is honest.
Something went wrong with a buyer or a seller
Stop paying, keep the chat, tap Report, block the person and go to the police if money was taken. We look at reports.
Protect your account: never share your code
Never share your code, password or card number with anyone. Zellany never asks for them.
