How chat works Each buyer has one chat per item. Chat in Chats, send text and photos, and share your number only if you both agree. Offers: make, counter, accept, decline A buyer makes an offer. The seller can accept it, counter with another price, or decline. A buyer can take an offer back. Block or report someone Block someone so you stop getting messages from them. Report a chat, item or person so our team can look. What Zellany staff can and cannot see Staff see only what they need to help or to look at a report. Your phone, email and exact place are not shown to other people. Mark as sold and rate each other When the item is gone, sellers tap Mark as sold. Then the buyer and the seller can rate each other for a while.
