Mark as sold and rate each other
When the item is gone, sellers tap Mark as sold. Then the buyer and the seller can rate each other for a while.
When the item is gone, the seller taps Mark as sold. Then the buyer and the seller can rate each other. Ratings help other people decide.
Mark as sold
- In the chat, tap Mark as sold to and the buyer's name, then Mark as sold.
- Or open My items and tap Mark sold. Choose who bought it, or Sold somewhere else.
The item shows as sold. No fee is charged on a cash deal.
Rate
After a deal, a button Rate and the person's name shows in the chat.
- Tap Rate.
- Choose 1 to 5 stars.
- Add a few words if you like.
- Send it.
You can rate for 30 days after the deal. Staff can change that number.
Good to know
- Ratings come from a real deal. You cannot rate someone you did not deal with.
- You cannot delete a rating. If one breaks the rules, report it and we look.
- A seller can reply to a rating.
- A rating shows on a profile once it has three or more.
- Do not write ratings for yourself, or pay for them. Both are against the rules.
If it was a mistake
A seller can tap Not sold after all in My items. A buyer cannot reverse it.
Mark sold in the chat or in My items?
Both do the same job. Use the chat if you want to rate right away.
Tip
Be fair and plain in a rating. Say what happened: the item, the meet-up and how it went.
