Edit, mark as sold or take down an item

You manage everything from My items. There you can edit an item, mark it sold, hold it for a buyer, bump it, renew it or take it down. On the website, open the menu under your picture and choose My items. On the app, open Me, then My items.

Live, Reserved, Sold, Expired, Drafts and Removed. Each tab has a count.

Edit

1. Tap Edit on the item.
2. Change what you want.
3. Tap Save changes. Your changes show only after you save.

You cannot edit a sold item or one that Zellany removed. You cannot change the category of an item that is for sale.

Mark sold

1. Tap Mark sold.
2. Choose who bought it, or Sold somewhere else.
3. You can then rate your buyer. See Mark as sold and rate.

Sold by mistake? Tap Not sold after all.

Reserve

Mark reserved holds the item for one buyer. The hold lasts 24 hours. Tap For sale again to put it back.

Take down

1. Tap Take down.
2. Read the message: the item stops showing, but your chats about it stay.
3. Tap Take it down, or Keep it up.

To sell it later, post it again. Use Post another like this. See Post another like this, renew or bump.
