Tap Sell, add a photo or a video, say what it is and its condition, set your price and tap Post item. Buyers then message you in Chats. Posting is free.

Before you start

Step 1: Add photos or a video

  1. Tap Sell. On the website it is the gold button at the top. On the app it is the round button in the middle.
  2. Tap Camera, Gallery or Video. On a computer you can also drop files on the buttons.
  3. You need one photo or one video. A video alone is enough. You can add up to 10 photos and 3 videos.
  4. Drag photos to change the order. The first one is the cover. With both photos and a video, the switch Show video first picks which people see first.
  5. Tap Next.

Your draft is made as soon as you add the first picture. It saves itself.

Step 2: About it

  1. Title. For example "Samsung A54, 128GB". Brand, model and size help buyers find it.
  2. Category. We suggest one as you type. Check it, or change it.
  3. Price. Choose Set a price, Free or Ask for the price. See Set a price.
  4. Condition. Pick one: Brand new, Like new, Good, Fair or For parts.
  5. Place. The chip shows where the item is. Tap it to change.
  6. Open More details (optional) for a description and more.

Some items ask for an extra detail, such as the IMEI of a phone. We never show that number to buyers.

Step 3: Post

Look at the line above the button. It says what is still needed, or "Ready when you are." Tap Post item.

The first time, you agree to the Seller rules. After posting, the website offers See it, Share it, Add a video, Post another like this and Sell something else. The app offers View item, Share, See my items, Add a video, Post another like this and Sell another item.

Saving for later

Tap the save draft icon to leave a draft. Next time, tap Continue your draft on Sell or in My items.

Tip

Your item may show "Being checked" for a short while. See Why is my item "being checked"?
