Property and vehicle sellers

Owners can post a home, a car or a motorcycle as a person. Dealers and agents who sell for others sell under a Shop. Private numbers, like an engine number, are never shown to buyers.

Property

• Choose Property, then For sale or For rent.
• Say who is selling: an owner, an agent or broker, or a developer. Agents and brokers add their PRC licence number. We do not check it.
• Your exact address stays private. Buyers see the barangay and the city. Share the rest in a chat when you both agree.
• Do not put a street number, unit number or block and lot in the text.
• Every new property post gets a quick look from our team first.
• Do not use pressure words like "guaranteed" or "last unit".

Vehicles

• Choose Vehicles, then the kind, such as Cars or Motorcycles.
• Add make, model, year, mileage and more. Say if you have the OR/CR.
• Cars ask for the plate number and the chassis or VIN number. Other vehicles may ask for similar numbers. We never show them to buyers. They help us stop stolen vehicles.
• Your first few vehicle posts get a quick look from our team.
• Buyers should check the papers with you before any money moves.

Dealers

If you sell for others or as a business, choose Dealer and sell under a Shop. A dealer who tries to post without a Shop is asked to open one first, or to choose Owner if it is theirs.

Big prices

Some departments plan an ID check for very high prices. ID checks are not live yet, so this step is not asked today.

For buyers

Meet in a public place and look at the papers. The OR/CR should match the engine and chassis numbers. Never pay a reservation fee first. See Meet-up habits.
