Update the app

The Zellany app is in testing. On iPhone it comes through TestFlight, and you update it there. An Android app is not out yet.

The Zellany app is still in testing. On iPhone it comes through TestFlight, and you update it there. An Android app is not out yet. The website always runs the newest version.

iPhone

Open the TestFlight app.
Find Zellany.
Tap Update if you see it, or Open if it is up to date.

If you do not have TestFlight, you may not be on the test group. Write to help@zellany.com and tell us your email.

A test version can stop working after a while. If the app will not open, look in TestFlight for a newer version.

Android

Not live yet

The Android app is not released yet. Use the website at zellany.com in your phone's browser until it is.

The website

Refresh the page. If you still see old screens, clear the site data for zellany.com, or open a private window.

How to see your version

Tell us the version when you write to us. You can find it in the TestFlight app, on the Zellany page.

Good to know

Your items, chats and drafts are on your account. An update does not remove them.
Because the app is in testing, you may see rough edges. Tell us. See Report a bug.

Tip

Keep the app updated. New versions fix problems and may add features.

Use Zellany on the website and the app Zellany works in your browser at zellany.com and in the phone app. It is one account with the same items and chats. The app is slow or crashes Update the app, restart it, free some space and try Reduce motion and Save data. Clear the cache and sign in again if it persists. I cannot sign in Check your email and password, use Forgot password?, and look at the message on screen. It tells you what to do next. Report a bug Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened. Add a screenshot and your device. Use Help in the app or write to us.
