Your videos and your profile intro video

My videos lists every video you made. You can also pick one as your intro video on your profile.

My videos lists every video you made, with its status. You can also pick one as your intro video, so people can say hello to you at the top of your profile.

Not live yet

Videos are switched on step by step. My videos shows only when videos are on.

Find My videos

On the website, open the menu under your picture and choose My videos.
On the app, open Me, then My videos.

The tabs show what is uploading, being checked, live, or needing a change.

Manage a video

Open a video to:

Change the Caption. A new caption may be looked at by a person first.
Edit the stickers, when Studio is on.
Replace it with Choose the new video. The old one stays until the new one is accepted. Or tap Keep the old one.
Delete it. You may be able to tap Undo for a moment.

Your intro video

Open My videos and find a video that is live, or still being checked.
Tap Set as my intro video (on the app: Set as intro video).
A ring shows around your picture. Others can watch it from your profile once the video is live.

You can change it any time. On the app, tap Not my intro to remove it.

Good to know

A video belongs to your account. Only you can edit it.
If you delete a video, it leaves your item and the Videos feed.
Removed and refused video files are deleted after a while.
Your profile has tabs for Videos, Listings, Reviews and About.

Tip

A short hello with your face and what you sell can build trust. Do not share your phone number or address in a video.

Add a short video (30 seconds)For sellers Add a short video of your item from the Add screen or from My items. It is currently 5 to 30 seconds long, with a short caption. Why your video is "Checking", "Needs a change" or "Removed"For sellers Each video shows a status. Checking means we are looking. Needs a change and Removed say why. Open My videos for the reason. Share this ad: the shareable picture Share this ad makes one picture of your item, with the photo, price, place and a QR code, to send in chats and social apps.
