I did not get my code Check spam and the address, wait a minute, then ask for a new code. Email codes work for 30 minutes. Text codes are not live. I cannot sign in Check your email and password, use Forgot password?, and look at the message on screen. It tells you what to do next. The app is slow or crashes Update the app, restart it, free some space and try Reduce motion and Save data. Clear the cache and sign in again if it persists. Notifications are not coming Allow notifications for Zellany in your phone settings, then check Settings in Zellany. The bell always shows everything. Update the app The Zellany app is in testing. On iPhone it comes through TestFlight, and you update it there. An Android app is not out yet. Report a bug Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened.
