Sign in and sign out

You sign in with the email and password you joined with. You sign out from the menu under your picture on the website, or from Me on the app.

Tap Sign in.
Type your Email and Password. Tap Show password if you want to check it.
Tap Sign in.

On the website, Keep me signed in is ticked by default. Untick it on a computer you share.

If you see Continue with Google, you can use that if you joined that way.

Not live yet

Signing in with your phone number and a text message code is not switched on yet.

Sign out

Website: open the menu under your picture and tap Sign out.
App: open Me and tap Log out.

New sign-ins

If you sign in from a browser or phone Zellany has not seen before, we email you a note. If it was you, there is nothing to do. If it was not, change your password and write to us.

Shop owners and staff

Sign-in for staff and Shop owners has one more step: a 6-digit code sent to your email. It works for 10 minutes.

Other problems: I cannot sign in.

On a shared computer, sign out when you finish.

I forgot my password On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password? and follow the steps. We email you a link that works for 60 minutes. I cannot sign in Check your email and password, use Forgot password?, and look at the message on screen. It tells you what to do next. Protect your account: never share your code Never share your code, password or card number with anyone. Zellany never asks for them. Create your account Join free with your name, email and a password. You must be 18 or older. Joining takes about a minute.
