Go to the sign-in page at zellany.com/login. Tap Forgot password? Type the email you signed up with, then tap Send me a link. Open the email from Zellany and tap the link. Type a new password of at least 8 characters. Tap Save my new password. Then sign in with it.

Q: If you joined with Google

You have no Zellany password. Use Continue with Google to sign in. Not live yet: If email is not set up, you will see "We can't email you a link yet". Nothing is sent. Write to help@zellany.com and tell us your email. Heads up: Nobody from Zellany will ask for your new password. Never share it.

Steps

Go to the sign-in page at zellany.com/login.
Tap Forgot password?
Type the email you signed up with, then tap Send me a link.
Open the email from Zellany and tap the link.
Type a new password of at least 8 characters.
Tap Save my new password. Then sign in with it.

If the email does not come

Look in your spam folder.
Check that you typed the same email you joined with.
Wait a few minutes, then try once more. There is a limit on how many times you can ask in a minute.
See I did not get my code.

If the link says it has expired

Ask for a new link. Each link works once and for 60 minutes.

On the app

I cannot sign in Check your email and password, use Forgot password?, and look at the message on screen. It tells you what to do next. Protect your account: never share your code Never share your code, password or card number with anyone. Zellany never asks for them. I did not get my code Check spam and the address, wait a minute, then ask for a new code. Email codes work for 30 minutes. Text codes are not live. Sign in and sign out Sign in with your email and password. Sign out from the menu under your picture, or from Me on the app.
